IVF or “artificial fertilization”

The main method of infertility treatment for over three decades has been IVF or "artificial fertilization".

The most important thing is to eliminate the negative household factors that have a toxic effect on the germ cells:

🌿  refuse alcohol and smoking;

🌿  to balance and rationalize nutrition (exclude smoked products, semi-finished products and products with a significant content of stabilizers and preservatives - mayonnaise, canned goods, sweets, etc. from the diet, give preference to vegetables, fruits);

🌿  avoid excessive insolation, hypothermia, physical and emotional stress;

🌿  change poor conditions of production activity (work in rooms with high temperature, radiation, work with toxic substances, etc.);

🌿  use 400 mcg of folic acid daily (at least one month before the planned pregnancy) for the prevention of the nerve tube defects of the fetus;

🌿  normalize body weight for women who weigh less than 45 kg in the direction of weight gain, and for women weighing 70 kg or more - to gradually lose weight, through regular exercise and limitation of carbohydrate foods. ⠀

🌿  it is forbidden to use preparations to reduce appetite or “burn fat”.
